Are there any limitations to the number of times I can use a file?
No, this is the beauty of Motion Stacks, we own all of our files and products 100%, so we have no commission to pay. Not only does this help to keep our prices down but also enables us to offer our products License Free. You can use our product as many times as you like, you can even use our files in a piece of work you have sold to a client - at no extra cost.
How do I purchase a file to download?
Simply login to your account, choose the files you want and add them to the cart. Once you have finished shopping, head to the cart and check out. If you have enough credits in your account, 1 credit for each product will be deducted. If you wish to purchase more products then you can follow the link to buy more.
How do I put a request for a product in?
Fill in the form on our Make a Request page and our team of designers will be on standby to turn your request into an effect as soon as possible.

I have run out of credits, how can I buy more?
Extra credits are available in packs of 5, 10, or 20. At checkout you will see the option to purchase more credits. Click the link and proceed through the checkout in the normal way.
I want more than 10 credits per month, is there a way to increase the value of my subscription?
Sure, we offer 3 packages; Lite which includes 10 credits for $10 per month, Pro which includes 25 credits for $20 and Corporate which includes $40 for 50 credits. If none of these packages suit your needs, then get in touch and we can tailor a package to suit you.
How do I view products of a similar type?
There are two ways to do this. On each product page there will be a selection of related products thumbnails. For example, if you are looking at a Fire element, on the Fire page there will be other Fire elements under the Related Products heading. Alternatively you can browse our Collections Page, here you will find larger groups of different file types.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you never need to, but should you wish to you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing email@example.com we will cancel your subscription right away, but if your request to cancel is within 14 days of your next payment, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be made prior to the payment being taken from your bank.
Can I view my order history and remaining credits?
Sure, simply log in to your account and go to the My Account page. Here you will see your next installment date, remaining credits and a table showing your order history. From here you are also able to re-download any products you have previously purchased.
